I received flowers from here Dec 11 and they were the most beautiful flowers ever. I then sent flowers to a friend in the hospital and they were sent promply and my friend loved them and said they were lovely

Much appreciate the beautiful floral arrangement and speed of delivery for my cousin in her time of need.

The choice made by the florist was amazing!! They showed care and attention to my request and the preference of my hospitalized friend.

The flowers were beautiful, but the note I wrote wasn’t placed inside the envelope, so the receiver didn’t know who they were from and didn’t get the note :(

The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. The recipient was very happy and commented on the cheery arrangement.
I was hoping for the colored vase. The one that was chosen was a plain, cheaper looking vase, even thought I upgraded to premium.

I purchased a premium-level bouquet for my mother-in-law, who was in the hospital, and had it delivered. She was thrilled with it, and sent me photos. It was quite large, and filled with beautiful fresh pink and white lilies and roses, with lovely greenery. The arrangement was gorgeous, and delivered on schedule.

Since I have relatives in Redlands, Above the Stem is my preferred flower shop when sending flowers in the Redlands area. I have used it twice and have not been disappointed in the arrangements.
Yesterday, I ordered an arrangement around noontime and it was delivered around 3:00 pm to Redlands Community Hospital. WOW! Not only were the flowers beautiful, I was very impressed with their quick delivery. I will definitely use them again.

I have used this florist on a few occasions due to their beautiful and unique arrangements, and I must say I am very disappointed this time around. The photo sent to me by the florist and the arrangement that was delivered did not look the same (I wish I could post the comparisons) It did not look like an $80 arrangement, and I’m embarrassed on what was delivered. The flowers used were low quality and inexpensive flowers with mostly filler. Honestly I could have went to Trader Joe’s and would have more beautiful quality flowers for less than half the price of what was paid not including the local delivery fee. Very disappointed, needless to say I will have to find a new florist :(
