First-time customer, and I will definitely be returning! I placed an online order first thing in the morning, in hopes of a same day delivery. Got a phone call a few minutes later and was expecting to be told I was outside the window and the delivery couldn't be made. Much to my surprise, the owner was calling to let me know he wasn't happy with the look of one of the types of flowers (in a delivery he received) that was supposed to be used in the arrangement and would be it OK if he substituted. He noticed I used the name of the arrangement, "ray of sunshine" on the card as well and wanted to make sure it was special for the person receiving it. I loved receiving a text from Above the Stem with the final look and the fact that they could get it to my friend the same day. Excellent customer service and I will call them the next time I need flowers!
